Voilage Woven Base for Curtain Manufacturers
High-quality 100% polyester woven base, specially designed to meet the requirements of professionals in the textile sector. This product is ideal for the manufacture of curtains, sheers and other decorative items requiring an elegant, durable and versatile fabric.
Jacquard weaving
The weaving process is carried out using a jaquarette, allowing precise customisation of the pattern and design of the base. This technique allows you to change the background yarn, optimising the variety of patterns and textures. Thanks to this flexibility, you can create unique collections tailored to the needs of your end customers.
Pattern and density at the bottom of the sheer
The fabric has a higher density at the bottom, adding structure and volume to the final product. This detail gives curtains or sheers a refined appearance, while maintaining a pleasant feel and a fluid fall. This density also adds value to finished products, particularly for high-end applications.
6 woven bases available
You can choose from six woven base variants, each with its own aesthetic and technical characteristics. This flexibility means you can adapt to different types of project and meet your customers' specific requirements. From light sheers to more structured curtains, this fabric integrates perfectly with a wide range of textile products.
Applications and Benefits for Manufacturers
Versatile applications
This fabric is designed to adapt to a wide variety of uses in interior decoration. It is particularly recommended for the manufacture of curtains, net curtains, blinds or other textile elements requiring a resistant and aesthetically pleasing fabric.
Easy to process and make up
Thanks to its 100% polyester composition, this sheer is easy to cut and make up. It is compatible with standard manufacturing machines and can be easily used in industrial curtain production processes.
Simplified maintenance for the end customer
Polyester guarantees a finished product that remains easy to maintain, while retaining its aesthetic qualities after each wash. This property makes it a preferred choice for professionals looking to offer their customers hard-wearing, easy-care products.
